Description

Long legged and even longer haired, Cinnan is a tall, lithe Alternian heir. Their skin is grey, tinted with pink, and their hair is practically pitch black, touched with a shade of fuchsia. From the forearms to shins down, their skin fades to a slighter brighter shade, ears tilted down, pink fins hanging over them like a curtain. They have the body of a swimmer, well toned but not overtly muscular, and the only blemish is on their face, a long scar splitting a brow in half. Freckles are across their skin, jaw to jaw, like a semi circle, while the horn from their head are almost a foot in height.
Maybe Mutated?

There's no maybe. Aside from being uh...well, let's not get into birth details, having a twin in Alternia's strange birthing ritual is already a mutation in itself. Cinnan also has a mutated form of prosopagnosia, or face blindness. While most who have it can see facial features and recognize certain aspects, like eyes, noses and mouths, Cinnan can see none of it at all, and instead sees nothing but a blur. If they concentrate, features can be seen, but that's just staring and Cinnan is far too shy to even do that.

Atop of it, due to an accident (or, in another timeline, something they were born with), Cinnan has no pupils or iris. It's just golden yellow throughout.
